P11 was excited to partner with longstanding client Manning Homes to create a full branding program for their new community Etiwanda Classics, now preselling in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The creative developed for this community was geared towards the sophistication of these new estate homes and family-oriented target market. A beautiful watercolor solution was implemented and complemented by engaging lifestyle images and hero images of the homes themselves. Special care was taken in the graphic elements to ensure every aspect of these estate home designs represented spaciousness, luxury, and endless livability. P11 has collaborated with Manning Homes on all their communities since 2013 as well as providing corporate marketing, including their website ManningHomes.com.
