The Official Belmont Grand Opening was last week and very successful! P11 designed the Belmont website, interactive sales presentation, eblasts, brochure, site & floor plans, Melia Homes website, and created the new Melia Homes tagline ‘Made in Southern California.’ P11’s very own Jasvina Gill was on location last week at Belmont to make sure everything was ready for the big day. Over 1,900 people are on the Belmont interest list and 190 people are prequalified. Belmont is a beautiful new townhome community by local builder Melia Homes.
