CHALLENGE Sares Regis had already chosen a name for their new 7-story, 260-unit, multifamily community at a former Ford automotive dealership location. Cadence was the first new Class A multifamily community in the area in over 20 years. It needed a compelling visual identity and strategic marketing approach to truly make an impact. P11 was entrusted with developing a comprehensive vision and positioning deck, designing a distinctive brand identity, crafting effective messaging and a memorable tagline, and creating a full range of collateral. The scope also included building a compelling website, executing targeted digital marketing campaigns, designing eye-catching interior and exterior displays, and more.
